Less than a year after he famously purchased his 2003 Ferrari Enzo, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is putting it up for sale. Now that the ownership roster for the car includes one of the most well-known boxers in sports history, the price has jumped a bit.
The Ferrari was highly collectible to begin with, having just a few hundred miles on it when Mayweather purchased it. Since then, he’s added a few, but the total on the odometer is still under 600. Mayweather and his seller, Fusion Luxury Motors in California, are asking $3.8 million for the Enzo.
That’s still not a bad deal given that this may very well be one of the most collectible modern Ferraris around. It’s a 6.0-liter V12-powered supercar in its own right and is capable of 3.6-second 0-60 mph times without modification. With carbon fiber everything and lots of other goodies, this 660 horsepower beauty weighs only 2,767. Ferrari made only 400 of these. It was replaced by the Ferrari LaFerrari.
