The McLaren P1 is the hottest new supercar and just happens to be a hybrid. In this video, the P1 is on a drag strip racing against a Litchfield LM850 Nissan GT-R at a Vmax Hypermax event by Auto Vivendi. The race took place last weekend.
The powerful McLaren is clocked at 211 on its speedometer and 205 mph in the event’s radar check. The P1 is limited to 217 mph in its computers, so this is very close to the car’s top speed.
