Can the Tesla Model S drift? This important question was recently answered by Jake Fisher, from Consumer Reports, in a short video.
While I don’t think the Tesla Model S will be featured in any “Fast and Furious” movies soon it still looks like a lot of fun to drive and can drift pretty well. This also shows Consumer Reports engineers know how to have a little fun too.
The Tesla Model S was recently given a 99 out of 100 score by Consumer Reports. Whether it’s drifting abilities were factored into the score we are not so sure about though. The Tesla Model S is the only electric car to have gotten a 99 score and 1 of only 2 in Consumer Reports vehicle testing history. Considering that the company is relatively new to the auto industry this is quite an impressive accomplishment.
