Honda Unveils V3 Engine and Compressor
Honda has unveiled a new V3 motorcycle engine design with an electrical compressor. The water-cooled V3 has been developed for larger-displacement motorcycles with a slim, compact profile. The electrical compressor controls intake air regardless of RPM.

The new Scout Sixty platform features an 85 hp 999cc engine and a new tubular frame design. The motorcycle was designed for a low center of gravity and balance.
Cadillac Unveils the All-Electric VISTIQ 3-Row SUV
Cadillac has unveiled the 2026 VISTIQ, a luxury three-row sport utility. The model will be sold globally, starting in North America. Production will begin in early 2025 at GM’s Spring Hill plant in Tennessee.

Honda has unveiled the next-generation of the Passport SUV. The Passport has a new interior and exterior design, updated technologies, a new TrailSport Elite trim level, and a more powerful V6 engine. Designed at Honda’s Ohio facility, the new Passport will enter production next year.

Dodge has released a fact sheet detailing the new additions and model variant options for the Durango sport utility. Headlining the lineup is the Durango SRT Hellcat model, with 710 horsepower. Other models include the GT and R/T.
Ford Gets Hit With $165 Million Fine from NHTSA
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a consent order to Ford Motor Company for failure to comply with federal recall requirements. The civil penalty of $165 million is the second-largest penalty in the agency’s history (the highest being the Takata airbag issue). The NHTSA’s investigation found that Ford failed to recall vehicles with defective rearview cameras in a timely manner and to provide accurate and complete recall information.
Hyundai Motor Appoints New CEO
Hyundai Motor has appointed Jose Munoz as its new president and chief executive officer. Munoz replaces Jaehoon Chang, who has been promoted to the Hyundai Motor Group as Chair of the Automotive Division. Munoz has been part of the Hyundai Motor executive team since 2019.
Bugatti W16 Mistral Sets New Top Speed Record
The Bugatti W16 Mistral has set a new world top speed record for an open-top car. The W16 Mistral joins the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport and Chiron Super Sport 300+ among other Bugatti record holders. The new speed record set is 453.91 km/h.
2025 Lexus RZ Expands Lineup
The new Lexus RZ electric vehicle sees a new entry-level model added to its line, the RZ 300e and 450e now have a third trim, a base model offering. This puts the base price at $43,975 MSRP before destination.
