Jay Leno’s car featured in Gran Turismo 6 – Jay Leno’s Garage

One of the things that must be really cool about being a celebrity car nut with huge pockets are the people you meet, the awesome cars you own, and how the two come together in various interesting ways.

For Jay Leno, one of those ways was when video game makers showed up at his garage to check out his 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado, which is not exactly a stock restoration by any stretch, so they could include it in the newest Gran Turismo game.

In this latest episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, he shows the new Gran Turismo 6 that features not only his Toronado, but also a concept car specifically made for the game itself, but that exists in real life as, of all things, a full-sized,  remote controlled Mercedes-Benz.

Of course, this being Jay, the Mercedes-Benz was brought to his Garage and he got to drive it via joystick. Twice.
