Custom Project – Stock F-150 to King Ranch, Raptor Modified Truck

This F150 went through a tremendous transformation.

There are lots of ways to modify a truck to truly “make it your own.” Most people think of small things like car seat covers or an after-market radio. What about taking a completely stock F-150,  tearing out the seats and adding improved suspension? That is exactly what happened with this truly custom F-150.

This F-150 is one of a kind. It features a King Ranch styled interior, Raptor like suspension and exterior. The owner is a body man by trade according to Blue Springs Ford Parts. He truly showed off his skills.

The stock truck was a 2005 F-150 ext. cab with just 67k miles. He decided to completely change the truck up. He purchased new leather interior and exterior parts.

In the end, he put on all new fiberglass parts and a new paint job. There is also a new fuel neck, wheel wells, gas lid and tailgate.

 The Cost?

Incredibly, this was a cheap transformation for the amount of work done. The budget was:

  • Interior- $1,600
  • Exterior-$1,800
  • Suspension- $2,000

While many people these days are focused on restorations, this truck stands out in the “customizing your ride” crowd.
