Against the backdrop of the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show, Lamborghini is celebrating fifty years of building the world’s sexiest cars with a special edition Aventador. The Lamborghini Aventador LP 720-4 50° Anniversario is a limited series of 100 units (all numbered) to be sold worldwide. Each has a Forged Composite badge with the 50° logo and a serial number.
This special edition is well on its way towards becoming the most exclusive limited model ever produced by Lambo, with a performance-oriented design, special paintwork, unique interior trim and an output increased to a massive 720 horsepower.. it’s a worthy birthday tribute.
With that twenty extra horses over its standard Aventador V12 counterpart, the Aventador LP 720-4 50° Anniversario propels itself and a lucky driver to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 350 km/h. Teh Giallo Maggio (May yellow) paint exclusively covers this special edition, promising a bumble bee blur to go with its throaty scream as it rockets past spectators. Aerodynamics imrpovements mean that this special edition has an efficiency of more than 50 percent over the LP 700-4.
